Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlickClaw (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FlickClaw is an AI Agent Launcher platform that provides preconfigured AI agents and export tools. The Service allows users to browse, export, and run AI agent configurations in their own tools and environments. FlickClaw does not run agents server-side or proxy model requests on behalf of users.
3. Plans and Access
FlickClaw offers two plans: Free and Pro. The Free plan provides 20 free agents, CLI access at 30 requests per minute, and is supported by advertisements. The Pro plan (€9.95/month) unlocks the full library of 159 agents, CLI access at 120 requests per minute, advanced workflows, priority updates, commercial use, and removes advertisements. FlickClaw does not sell individual agents or packs. All agents are included in either the Free or Pro plan.
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You can sign in with GitHub or create an account using email/password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Billing and Payments
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at €9.95/month via Stripe. All prices include VAT where applicable. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. FlickClaw does not sell individual agents, packs, tokens, or API usage.
6. Intellectual Property and Licensing
The FlickClaw web application source code is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). You may view, modify, and run the source code for personal or internal use. Providing FlickClaw as a hosted or managed service to third parties is not permitted. The FlickClaw CLI (@flickclaw/cli) is MIT-licensed. Free agents are provided for personal or commercial use. Pro library agents are licensed to active Pro subscribers for personal or commercial use and may not be redistributed or resold. See our LICENSE and NOTICE.md files for full licensing details.
7. CLI Tokens and API Access
CLI access requires a FlickClaw account and an API token generated from your dashboard. Tokens are shown once when created and should be stored securely. You may create up to 5 active tokens per account. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the dashboard. Free accounts are limited to 30 API requests per minute; Pro accounts have a limit of 120 requests per minute. Using the CLI to scrape, abuse, or circumvent rate limits, or sharing tokens outside your organization, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
8. Exported Configurations
When you export an agent, you receive configuration files (SKILL.md, quality gates, export manifests) that you can modify and use in your own tools and environments. Configurations exported during an active subscription may continue to be used internally in your own personal or commercial projects after cancellation. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, share, or repackage the Pro library or its contents outside your own subscription.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Service for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; redistribute or resell Pro library content outside your subscription; scrape or collect data from the Service without permission; or interfere with or disrupt the Service.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding the Service’s reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. FlickClaw does not guarantee the performance, accuracy, or results of any AI model or tool you use with exported agents, as these run in your own environment.
11. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FlickClaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. After cancellation or termination, access to Pro library downloads, updates, and re-exports ends according to your subscription status. If an account is terminated for violation of these Terms, we may require deletion of Pro library materials obtained through the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
