Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: when you create an account (name, email), subscribe to Pro (payment details via Stripe), export agents (download logs), or contact support. We also collect authentication data from GitHub OAuth or email/password sign-in.
2. Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device and browsing activity, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and interaction patterns. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for this purpose, subject to your consent preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve our services; manage your Free or Pro subscription; process Pro subscription payments via Stripe; send technical notices, updates, and support messages; respond to your comments and questions; analyze trends and usage; detect fraud and abuse; and personalize your experience.
4. What We Do Not See
FlickClaw agents run in your own tools and environments (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, local models, etc.). We do not see, store, or proxy your code, prompts, model outputs, or any data processed by agents you export. The platform is for browsing and exporting — not for running agents server-side.
5. Advertising and Consent
Free users and anonymous visitors see non-intrusive house advertisements promoting Pro, as well as third-party ads via Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-4932643710484609). We use Google Consent Mode v2 and a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) to manage advertising consent in compliance with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. The only way to remove ads entirely is by subscribing to Pro (€9.95/month) — Pro users see no ads and the ad script is never loaded.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing for Pro subscriptions), GitHub (OAuth authentication, per their privacy policy), and service providers who assist in operating the platform. We may disclose information in response to legal requirements such as court orders or government investigations.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Your Rights (GDPR / LOPD-GDD)
Depending on your location, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing of your data; data portability; and withdraw consent for non-essential cookies and advertising. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@flickclaw.com.
9. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies in four categories: Necessary (authentication, security, session management); Preferences (theme, language); Analytics (aggregate usage patterns, only with consent); and Advertising (house ads and, if enabled, third-party ads like Google AdSense, only with consent). Our cookie consent banner (localStorage key: flickclaw_consent_v1) allows you to accept all, reject non-essential, or configure each category individually. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us (such as AI tool documentation or model providers). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact Us
