Refund Policy
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Pro for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial Pro subscription purchase
- The request must be made by the original subscriber
- Only one refund per Pro subscription per customer
- The subscription must not have been previously refunded
3. Pro Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. If you cancel within the first 14 days, you will receive a full refund. After the 14-day guarantee period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day guarantee.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds. Free plan users can upgrade to Pro at any time.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@flickclaw.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Transaction or subscription ID
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Pro subscription periods older than 14 days (except where required by law)
- Subscriptions obtained through promotional codes or giveaways
- Free plan usage (no cost, no refund applicable)
8. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a Pro subscription, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on our website.
